I am first time homebuyer who was prequalified with my credit union which also connected me to an agent. Together they offered what I perceived as bogus incentives. I then talked to two other agents, both of whom I considered friends, who I thought would work in my best interest because of the legitimate friendship but I just didn’t feel either had true expertise and experience.
